What is Aftereatz?

Aftereatz aspires to empower the artisanal and independent F&B businesses by leveraging on the power of community and technology.

We truly believe in the rapidly growing talents of local bakers and pâtissiers in Malaysia and are excited to nurture these talents that have the potential to be bigger and better! Our marketplace is built for the Malaysian consumers to discover and indulge in artisanal dessert and snacks.

What products are on Aftereatz?

We have a variety of artisanal desserts and snacks such as cakes, bread, tarts, pastries, beverages, spreads, cookies, local snacks and others.

Who are our sellers?

Our merchants consist of home bakers and independent patisseries.

What payment methods do we accept?

We accept credit card, debit card, e-wallet and FPX. Our website is secured by an SSL certificate, providing sufficient protection to your data.

Where do we deliver?

We only deliver to Klang Valley at the moment.,Stay tuned for updates as we will be expanding our delivery areas soon!

How do I place an order?

It’s simple! Just browse through our list of products or use our search bar to find your desired product. You can then place your order by selecting the quantity, date, time and filling out your delivery details. At the checkout page, complete your payment and wait for the product to be delivered according to the selected date and time.

As of now, most of our sellers will require at least a 2-day pre-order.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Yes. You can cancel or amend your order within 12 hours after the order has been placed. You may amend the quantity of your order or specifications such as size, flavour, allergens, etc. Please be informed that amendments are subject to sellers availability to fulfill your wishes.

Can I change the delivery date or delivery address?

Yes, you can. If you would like to change your delivery date and/or time, you may do so only if you notify us at least 48 hours before the initial delivery date.

How would I know if my order is confirmed at my specified date and time slot?

You will receive an e-mail and Whatsapp confirmation with your order details once payment is done.

Are your products Halal?

Our merchants will indicate in their product description for halal-labelled ingredients or products.

Please be informed that Aftereatz will not be held responsible for any discrepancies pertaining to this matter, as the choice to purchase will be solely at the discretion of the consumer.

Are you legit?

Oh yes we are! 

Aftereatz is registered to Jesaree Creatives Sdn Bhd (1385461-T). Feel free to contact us for any enquiries you may have.

Is there a monthly or yearly subscription fee?

No, we do not charge any subscription fees. We will only charge sellers for every successful transaction made by the customers. For more details about our fees please contact us at [email protected].

What kind of support will I receive from Aftereatz?

We want to watch you grow to your fullest capacity by providing an all round support system to boost your business. This includes:

1) Increasing brand awareness through marketing and promotional campaigns

2) Providing a payment gateway and delivery system for hassle-free transactions and delivery

3) Personalised seller dashboard where you can monitor your sales performance

Is there a minimum pricing per product that I would need to follow?

Our miminimum product pricing is at least RM 15.00.

I’m a small-scale home baker with no brand identity. I need help to start. Can I join?
