From the laboratory to the kitchen, once a microbiologist and who has worked as a front-liner, now I am passionate about baking. Baking has always been a passion of mine since I was a young kid. I would bake for my friends and family and feel joy when they enjoy the baked goods. Why then the small desserts? Well, the answer is simple. No leftovers!
