Dates are a superfood and this is our tribute to the little nutrient dense fruit. Some say you shouldn’t mess with a chocolate tart, but we say forget that. Add buttery date caramel to it (using organic Medjools), put it on a crumbly crust made with roasted peanuts and you’ve got a winning combo. The sweet factor is also balanced as we use dark chocolate in the mix and top it with unsweetened cocoa powder.
