We started with baking only for Chinese New Year and sold only to family and friends. We received quite a decent amount of positive feedback for the sweetness level of the cookies, which is just right especially for the elderly in the family. Then, we decided to open the market to the public and gratefully we received tons of positive feedback as well which motivates and inspired us to carry on providing less sweet quality desserts.
